Exchange Policy:

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery in the following cases:

Eligible for Exchange:

Size doesn’t fit, or Product has a defect (with evidence or proof of picture). Must be check in front of delivery man.

Conditions:

The product must not be used and must be in fresh, unused condition.
Delivery charge for exchanges must be paid by the customer.

Delivery Timing:

Regular deliveries are ensured within the below timelines:
Inside Dhaka: 1-2 days
Outside Dhaka: 2-3 days

Urgent Deliveries:

If there is an urgency, we can send the product via parcel services (e.g Pathao Parcel) for which the product’s amount needs to be paid in advance via Bkash or Nagad and the delivery charge can be paid as cash on delivery to the rider depending on the customer’s location from our warehouse. The delivery charge will depend on the charge shown in the app of the parcel service.
